Family Cars Account allows private customers to register up to four cars or vans on their account. With an Easytrip Family Cars account, your tolls will be paid electronically at all toll roads nationwide and you will save €1 on every journey on the M50. In addition, if you select the parking payment service, your parking charges will be paid electronically at 16 car parks nationwide.

When you register for a Family Cars Account, you can customise your account with the following options:
Tolling and Parking Payment Services
Both the tolling and parking services are available with all of our products, so you can choose to have either the tolling or parking service, or both services on your account. You can even choose your service by vehicle.
With the Easytrip Tolling payment service your tolls will be paid electronically at all toll roads nationwide and you will save €1 on every M50 journey.
Our Parking payment service enables you to pay your parking charges electronically at 16 car parks in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Belfast.
For each service you choose, a monthly administration fee will be applied to your account.
Purchase or Hire Your Tag
You can choose to purchase or hire your tag. The purchase price of a tag is €30 including VAT or €24.79 plus VAT.
Choosing to purchase your tag will reduce your monthly administration fee by up to 50% relative to our standard account fee. Purchased tags come with a 1 year warranty.
If you prefer you can choose to hire your tag and pay our standard account fee.
Payment Method
You can choose to pay by Direct Debit, Debit Card, Laser Card or Credit Card.
Please be advised that customers who chose to top up by Credit Card, a €1 + VAT credit card handling fee per top up will apply. No handling fee applies for customers who top up by Direct Debit, Debit Card or Laser Card.
Top up amount
As Easytrip Family Cars Account is a prepaid account, you decide the amount of credit you wish to have applied to your account. We recommend that you specify a top up amount that equates to your monthly toll/car park usage. Please note that the minimum payment recommendation is €36.00.
If you decide to purchase your tag, your first payment includes the price of the tag plus your normal top up amount.
Low balance warning
You will need to choose a low balance warning which is the credit level you allow your account to reach before an automatic top up occurs. The minimum recommendation level is €12.00 per tag. When your account reaches this balance, it will be automatically topped up by your chosen payment method. You should choose an amount that will allow you at least 5 days of tolling and parking.
