All calls are answered to your name and our trained, friendly agents are focused on your customer satisfaction and experience of our service.

• Online account management: Customers are given access to a secure online area where they can see their account details 24/7 and proceed with the following operations:

download a statement, view recent transactions,  balance and payments on their account, request additional tag(s), add additional services to their tag(s), mark a tag lost or stolen,   change and update their vehicle details, update their personal information including bank account payment details ...

The online area is branded with your company logo and colour scheme.

• Statement issuing:  We automatically email a detailed monthly statement at the start of each month.  Statements are fully VAT compliant to enable customers to reclaim VAT for payments made at all toll plazas nationwide.

• Tag issue: We issue tags and replacement tags with your company logo and colour scheme.

• Customer communications: We provide customers with SMS and email alerts on their account when a payment is declined or when their credit card is reaching is expiry date for instance.
